Thomas Brooke, 8th Lord Cobham (of Kent) was the son of John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent) and Margaret Neville.1,2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Heydon, daughter of Sir Henry Heydon and Anne Boleyn.1 He married, secondly, Dorothy Southwell.1 He married, thirdly, Elizabeth Hart.1 He died on 19 July 1529.2 He was buried at Cobham, Kent, England.2 Thomas Brooke, 8th Lord Cobham (of Kent) fought in the Siege of Tournay in 1513.1 He fought in the Battle of the Spurs on 18 August 1513.1 He was invested as a Knight Banneret in 1514.1 He succeeded to the title of 8th Lord Cobham [E., 1313] on 23 November 1514.1 In 1520 he was at the Field of the Cloth of Gold.2 In 1521 he was one of the 12 Barons for the trial of the Duke of Buckingham.2 He had twelve other children by his first wife.2 Child of Thomas Brooke, 8th Lord Cobham (of Kent) and Dorothy Heydon
